Accountant

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable and payable, inventory management, and general ledger reconciliation. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
• Oversee inventory tracking and management
• Reconcile the general ledger monthly
• Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system
• Prepare financial status reports to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
