Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of sales and use tax laws and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Nice to have

• Experience with fixed asset management
• Familiarity with eCommerce transaction reconciliation
• Experience preparing 1099s and collaborating with external accountants

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least three years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within manufacturing or a high-volume environment

• Reliable attendance and dependability

Pay

$60,000 – $70,000/year (or equivalent hourly rate)
