Job Description
In this role, you will provide operational support for syndicated and bilateral loans tied to some of the largest and most sophisticated corporate loan transactions in the market. You will serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders, and internal business partners while delivering an exceptional servicing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deal origination and execution support to Asset Based Lending (ABL) deal teams.
- Serve as the primary loan servicing contact for internal and external clients.
- Read, interpret, and analyze complex syndicated and bilateral credit agreements.
- Review new deals, restructures, and amendments to ensure accurate system setup and compliance.
- Process and oversee funding activities, repricings, payments, and loan transactions.
- Calculate and monitor complex interest and fee accruals.
- Reconcile daily funding and payment activity while ensuring accurate cash movement.
- Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders on documentation and servicing requirements.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service to borrowers, lenders, and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Commercial Lending, Loan Servicing, Asset-Based Lending, or Syndicated Lending experience (REQUIRED).
- Strong experience supporting syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
- Experience reading and interpreting credit agreements and legal loan documentation.
- Client-facing experience with strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- LoanIQ experience.
- Syndicated loan servicing background.
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience.
- Corporate banking or wholesale lending experience.
- Experience managing a client portfolio.

- 15+ years of loan servicing experience.
- Extensive LoanIQ experience.
- Deep knowledge of syndicated loans and complex lending structures.
- Strong client-facing experience supporting large corporate borrowers and lenders.
- Disqualifiers
- Mortgage servicing experience only.
- Less than one year of relevant lending experience.
- No client-facing experience.
Please note that this is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support and requires five days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC. Overtime may be required during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods.
