About the Role
As a key member of our Finance team reporting to the Controller, you will own the day-to-day flow of accounts payable and accounts receivable, serving as a vital link between vendors, customers, and our operations floor.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Receive, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation so every payment goes out right the first time.
- Record payments, prepare payment runs, and keep vendor accounts accurate and current.
- Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving billing discrepancies at the source.

- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule, keeping cash flowing into the business.
- Apply incoming payments, monitor outstanding balances, and assist with collections follow-up.

- Follow internal controls and company policies in every AP and AR activity.

- Partner with purchasing, receiving, and operations to resolve invoice and payment questions.

Qualifications
- Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping preferred. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- A working understanding of basic accounting principles, including AP, AR, and invoice reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus Word and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Comfort learning an ERP or accounting system; Deacom experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Detail-oriented to the core: a transposed digit bothers you until it is fixed.
- Organized and steady when invoices stack up and deadlines compete.

- A primarily professional office environment within an FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 regulated contract manufacturing operation.
- Requires the ability to sit and view a computer monitor for extended periods.
