Accountable Care Project Specialist

Job Summary

The Accountable Care Project Specialist is responsible for leading initiatives that improve Memorial Health Partner’s (MHP) performance in its value-based care (VBC) programs and Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO), as well as support MHP’s direct-to-employer business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of applicable experience to our business is required
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Lever Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
