Brook + Whittle, one of the fastest-growing sustainable printing solutions companies, is seeking a full-time Account Support Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated candidate eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Act as an effective liaison between customers, sales, graphics, manufacturing, vendors, and management to ensure clear communication of customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for assisting customers via phone, email, webinar, and occasional site visits.
- Communicate daily with customers regarding projects, open orders, timelines, deliverables, and other service-related topics.
- Process orders and send acknowledgments to clients, confirming job details, pricing, and shipping dates.
- Facilitate customer project meetings with cross-functional departments to deliver a quality product that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Interact with the Art Department for customer artwork preparation.
- Arrange color samples and job documents to support manufacturing workflow.
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate about anticipated delays or additional information needed.
- Track shipped orders and forward copies of BOL, packing slips, and COA documentation to customers.
- Confer with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
- Maintain customer profiles, item specifications, and account-related documents.
- Receive customer complaints and coordinate resolution with the Quality Department.
- Participate in training seminars, meetings, and activities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain various reports as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in PS printing, manufacturing, or a related business environment preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing client accounts and relationships required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience or understanding of flexible packaging products is a plus.

Pay
$55,000–$65,000 annually.
