About the role
The Opportunity at Praytell is to join as an Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing. This role is based in New York City and requires occasional travel for client meetings, team gatherings and agency events.
Responsibilities
- Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish with minimal oversight, leveraging support from junior team members as needed
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communications and fostering strong relationships with guidance from senior team members when needed
- Develop influencer casting criteria, review creator recommendations and provide strategic direction on talent selection
- Review and approve influencer content, providing clear and actionable feedback to creators and internal teams
- Lead or support whitelisting initiatives, with a strong understanding of paid media amplification and budget allocation strategies
- Own budget management across campaigns, partnering with Finance and ensuring all billing, forecasting and reconciliation information is accurately tracked and submitted
- Oversee campaign reporting efforts, including influencer tracking, Sprout Social management, FTC compliance QA, content archiving and development of client-ready reporting materials with minimal oversight
- Mentor and support junior team members through training, feedback and review of campaign deliverables
- Act as a trusted resource for colleagues across the agency, sharing influencer marketing expertise, best practices and industry insights
- Support the influencer strategy component of new business opportunities, helping shape recommendations and proposals with limited senior guidance
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, tools and documentation, helping evolve how we work and scale
Requirements
- You have 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital partnerships, client service, communications or a related field, ideally within an agency environment
- You've managed clients, campaigns and influencer partnerships across a range of budgets, scopes and levels of complexity
- You're comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a day-to-day partner to both clients and creators
- You're highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
- You can confidently lead creator contracting and negotiations and have a strong understanding of the nuances of influencer sourcing, casting and talent selection
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a passion for creativity and storytelling
- You have a solid understanding of social media platforms and trends
- You have experience with influencer marketing analytics and reporting

Pay
$82,000 - $98,000 (Salary range)

This role is full-time and based in New York City with occasional travel.
