Account Director, Influencer Marketing

About the role

Viral Nation is seeking a dedicated Account Director with a robust mix of influencer marketing, social media, analytics, and content marketing experience. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, guiding a team of Account Supervisors and overseeing the seamless execution of client programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead flawless execution of client scope(s)
• Collaborate closely with COE and Agency Operations teams for timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Develop and implement strategic direction for diverse social and influencer campaigns
• Manage influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement
• Drive creative ideation, manage briefs, and cultivate client relationships
• Take ownership of post-procurement influencer management
• Support feedback loop for career development of Agency Operations Team
• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platform(s)
• Foster seamless collaboration with COE teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital/social/marketing experience
• Expert knowledge of paid and organic influencer tactics
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and expert grasp of social media platforms
• Proficient in interpreting and applying information from influencer management software
• Excelling project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Works collaboratively with planning and creative teams
• Proficient with MS Office, Google, or other presentation software
• Robust experience with cross-channel integration
• Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, and/or Google Analytics

Qualifications

• Expertise in social media tools like Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite
• CRM software experience like HubSpot
