Pipeline Generation and Ownership
- Build and manage pipeline across outbound opportunities
- Partner with assigned BDR(s) to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach and relationship development via LinkedIn and strategic prospecting
- Maintain full visibility into pipeline health, coverage, and progression
Deal Execution and Sales Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery calls through contract execution
- Present proposals, pricing, and campaign recommendations to clients
- Negotiate commercial terms, scope, and partnership structure
- Drive deal momentum through consistent follow-up and structured communication
CRM and Forecasting Discipline
- Maintain CRM hygiene including pipeline updates, notes, and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Track sales activity, proposal volume, and deal progression
Proposal and Internal Coordination
- Create quotes and submit opportunities to deal desk for approval before proposal presentation
- Coordinate internally with strategy, paid media, campaign, and operations teams during active sales cycles
- Align internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and executable
Post-Sale Transition and Client Handoff
- Lead internal and external kickoff calls for closed/won business
- Ensure clean and complete handoff of deals to operations and campaign teams
- Maintain clarity and continuity across all deal transitions
Requirements
- Candidate Requirements:
- Experience And Skills:
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising preferred
- Execution Mindset:
- Highly accountable with a strong focus on revenue outcomes
- Comfortable owning quota and thrives in goal-oriented sales environments
- Strong attention to detail across pipeline, proposals, and communication
- Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
- Industry Interest:
- Strong interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital media
- Existing book of business is a plus
- Success Criteria:
- Closed/won revenue against quota
- Pipeline generation and coverage

- Consistent proposal output and sales activity
- Overall quota attainment against annual revenue targets
