Under general supervision, the Account Supervisor assumes responsibility for managing all aspects of one or more accounts and programs, including client consulting, integrated marketing initiatives, project management, and account development. You will serve as a primary client contact and lead cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept through execution. This role thrives in a collaborative environment where priorities evolve, and team members contribute across a variety of programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manages one or more accounts and provides high-quality client services through strategic consultation, project leadership, and oversight of internal cross-functional teams.
- Leads integrated marketing initiatives from kickoff through execution, coordinating creative, digital, social, events, production, and external partners.
- Develops project timelines, manages deliverables, identifies risks, and proactively drives projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships through clear communication, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborates with senior leadership on campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, presentations, and program recommendations.
- Manages account financials, including estimates, budgets, billing activity, and project profitability.
- Serves as a mentor or trainer for less senior staff.
- Completes additional duties as assigned and adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and all other company policies, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or other related fields.
- Ability to evaluate creative work, provide thoughtful, constructive feedback, and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives, brand standards, and client expectations.
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.

Additional Information
This is a U.S.-based/Michigan-based position. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
The company operates on a hybrid basis—three (3) days onsite and remaining days remote—though this position may require more than two days onsite some weeks.
Some travel is required, including weekend and evening hours. The work environment may also require physical activities such as standing and/or walking for extended periods and the ability to lift event supplies up to 50 lbs.
Pay
Salary range starts at $61,072 annually, negotiable based on experience.
