Accounts Supervisor

About the role

The Missouri Department of Mental Health seeks a skilled individual to join the Universal Design and Assistive Technology Team. This position is domiciled at any Department of Mental Health location throughout the State of MO.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee time and leave requests.
• Maintain staff workload distribution.
• Manage billing team mailbox.
• Provide training for new staff.
• Train outside stakeholders as requested.
• Resolve complex billing issues.
• Handle billing project requests.
• Minimal travel may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred for supervisory positions).
• Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs (preferred for supervisory positions).
• Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 4-6 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree (for supervisory positions), training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs (for supervisory positions).
