Responsibilities
- Act as a high-performing executor and strategic consultant within your assigned portfolio.
- Design and launch comprehensive media plans across managed and self-service channels, serving as a primary technical advisor.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to build data-centric media proposals that mirror client KPIs.
- Facilitate and lead meetings with advertisers and agencies, showcasing mastery in media tactics and campaign management.
- Utilize a thorough understanding of diverse media formats, including search, programmatic, CTV, social, digital OOH, and in-store activations.
- Regularly present performance data and optimization strategies to both internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal QA standards and SLAs to guarantee flawless campaign delivery.
- Identify and pitch strategic upsell opportunities to drive business growth and incremental spend.
- Maintain a professional executive presence when presenting growth strategies to key stakeholders and agencies.
- Cook up and lead cross-functional partnerships to ensure accurate campaign trafficking across various ad tech stacks.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to maintain peak campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital media management or consulting, covering search, social, video, and programmatic.
- Expertise in digital performance metrics (ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR) and the application of media math for campaign tuning.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a knack for identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong background in public speaking/presentations.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Ability to remain agile and effective in fast-paced, ambiguous corporate environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or SQL.
- Specialized expertise in the programmatic landscape, specifically with DSPs, DMPs, and various ad exchanges.
- A history of successfully persuading advertisers to increase investment through data-backed media strategies.
