The Account Strategist will build recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies aligned with client business goals, translate hiring challenges into actionable recommendations, and leverage AI tools to enhance strategic recommendations, research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies aligned to client business goals.
- Translate hiring challenges into actionable recommendations and campaign plans.
- Develop go-to-market approaches that improve candidate attraction and hiring outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize media, messaging, technology, and candidate experiences.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance strategic recommendations, research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment when evaluating AI-generated insights and content.
- Help clients understand how AI is influencing candidate behavior, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for automation and innovation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Stay current on evolving AI capabilities, recruitment technologies, and market trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide proactive recommendations.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities and risks.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner.
- Partner with media, creative, technology, and analytics teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day strategic advisor for assigned clients.
- Establish credibility through responsiveness, expertise, and results.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support account growth through thoughtful recommendations and consultative engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, recruitment marketing, or client services.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in account management or related roles.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
