About the role

SnugZ USA is seeking a dynamic salesperson to work in a fast-paced, growing, and fun environment. The Inside Sales Representative will manage a regional territory by building and managing relationships, growing the customer base both organically within existing accounts and by identifying potential customers. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with impeccable organization skills and a commitment to delivering professional dedication and performance.

This individual possesses strong operational awareness, collaborates across departments to find alternative solutions, and takes ownership of every project from quote through resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Service distributors with quick responsiveness, delivering quotes, ideas, solutions, and resolutions with a relationship-driven mindset.
  • Develop action plans to set and achieve territory goals.
  • Manage quoting projects and proactive ideation.
  • Handle high-quantity orders.
  • Analyze reports and data to pinpoint gaps in growth.
  • Work with the Inside Sales Manager and VP of Sales to create, measure, and execute sales strategy.
  • Partner with Account Specialists in assigned regions to maximize territory coverage and revenue potential.
  • Give formal presentations to inform accounts of SnugZ USA products, decoration capabilities, marketing programs, and business solutions.
  • Navigate, qualify, and research B2B partnerships; engage via email, phone, social media, and virtual office visits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by aligning with the outside sales team to meet organizational goals.
  • Achieve expected volume of proactive customer calls while managing inbound requests.
  • Practice consultative selling approach.
  • Develop creative presentations, programs, specials, and flyers for new opportunities.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through to completion.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including idea generation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before team members in English.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours.
