Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of coordination and communication between publishers, advertisers, Account Managers, and clients.
- Update client offers, creative assets, and program communications as needed.
- Audit creative and placements based on account team and/or client requirements.
- Monitor client support emails and calls; respond directly or route inquiries appropriately.
- Track and help resolve client issues promptly, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Review affiliate/publisher websites to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor projects and timelines to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables stay on track.
- Prepare, run, and organize performance reporting for internal and client use.
- Build prospect lists using reporting insights and independent research.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., client services, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or related).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Prior exposure to digital marketing, finance, and/or client-facing roles is a plus.

- Technical aptitude: quick learner of proprietary tools; strong Excel skills for client-ready reporting; ability to build proficiency in PowerPoint and Rakuten tools/processes.

- Detail-oriented: high accuracy across creative, offers, reporting, and communications.
- Deadline-driven: able to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on time.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
