Job Description Participation in finance month end close including preparing journal entries and general ledger reconciliation. Assists financial staff with clerical duties, including accounts receivables and payables, photocopying, filing, typing, report preparation, faxing.Organizes and maintains files in an auditable state. Implements method for tracking files and safekeeping.Assists in generation of reports, including data gathering, printed reports, or other available information.Helps prepare billings and invoices.Assists with budget preparation.Reconciles P-card reports. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentOne year experience in accounts payablesTwo to three years related clerical experienceGood communication and organizational skillsBasic accounting knowledge Working knowledge of office machinery and automation, including any applicable software packagesAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the public Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
