Account Specialist
About the role
As an Account Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, providing support related to registered agent services, corporate compliance, and filing services. You'll also play a key role in business growth by converting inbound sales opportunities, identifying client needs, and recommending additional services that help support their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients
- Ensuring client orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Responding to client inquiries and requests with a high level of service and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate client and order information within internal systems
- Serving customer retention efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Converting inbound sales opportunities from referrals, web leads, and other channels
- Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional Entity Solutions services
- Meting or exceeding sales and business development goals
- Building product and industry knowledge to become a trusted resource for customers
- Collaborating with fulfillment, compliance, billing, and operational teams to deliver positive client outcomes

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The role offers a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days a week in the Frisco office and flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.
