What To Expect In This Role

This role will initially focus on supporting account management activities and operational execution, with the opportunity to take on full Account Specialist ownership and direct partner management responsibilities over time.

Way of Working

This position offers a hybrid way of working that includes two in-office days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our office in Richmond, VA.

What You Will Do

• Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
• Aid in championing client and partner initiatives, collaborating with internal teams through to successful completion
• Manage and resolve technology issues and solutions impacting partner performance
• Handle client invoicing, reporting, compensation, and issue management
• Support planning, preparation, and participation in partner meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
• Coordinate partner engagements, including meetings, onsite visits, training sessions, and agendas
• Conduct research and analysis of partner data, historical performance, and trends to inform business decisions
• Utilize AI-assisted technology to support business operations and decision-making

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships), preferably in client services, account management support, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment

• Annualized base pay range is $59,670 - $87,516
