Engineering$182k–$242k/yrFull-time

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025.

About the Role

The Account Solutions Architect, Engaged is the named technical partner to existing customers across CoreWeave’s full platform — infrastructure, Models, Weave, observability, and inference. You’ll help AI teams solve real-world problems by deepening platform adoption, identifying and driving expansion opportunities, strengthening relationships with key technical stakeholders, and serving as a trusted advisor as customers scale their AI workloads in production.

You’ll partner closely with Account Managers on the commercial motion, with Specialist Field Engineers for deep domain expertise, and with customer teams to ensure they are getting maximum value from CoreWeave. You’ll represent the voice of the customer internally, surface product feedback from the field, and proactively address technical blockers and business-critical needs to ensure customer success.

This role is for customer-focused AI practitioners who are excited to help leading AI companies deepen their partnership with CoreWeave and scale the next generation of AI workloads in production.

Responsibilities

  • Work hands-on with advanced AI teams to build, train, deploy, and scale their workflows on CoreWeave’s AI-first cloud platform.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers, deepening platform adoption and driving expansion opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with key technical stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for scaling AI workloads in production.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Specialist Field Engineers, and customer teams to maximize value from CoreWeave.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, surface product feedback, and address technical blockers proactively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a solutions engineer, AI-oriented solutions consultant, or technical field engineering role.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
  • Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
  • Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Demonstrated ability to break down and solve complex, novel technical problems with enterprise customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both engineering and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure for AI workloads, including GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
  • Familiarity with one or more deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and modern LLM stack (e.g., VLLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience using Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration.
  • Experience with hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking tools.
  • Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps.
  • Prior experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions architecture role focused on net-new logos or greenfield accounts.
  • Familiarity with high-performance GPU infrastructure (e.g., NVIDIA H100/H200/B200, InfiniBand networking, parallel file systems).

Skills & Attributes

  • You’d rather show than tell — you build the demo or PoC instead of just pitching it.
  • You get excited by empty whiteboards — new customers, novel problems, new playbooks for AI natives.
  • You're genuinely curious about your customers' work — what they're building, what's getting in their way, what success looks like for them.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance — 100% paid by CoreWeave.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Voluntary supplemental life insurance.
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
  • Mental wellness benefits through Spring Health.
  • Family-forming support provided by Carrot.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Flexible, full-service childcare support with Kinside.
  • 401(k) with a generous employer match.
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Catered lunch each day in offices and data center locations.
  • A casual work environment and a work culture focused on innovative disruption.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, total rewards include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
