About the role

Exclusive opportunity with Financial Institution located in Golden Valley, MN. This assignment will be on site for a minimum of 4 weeks for training and then become Hybrid. 3 days in office and 2 days remote. These positions are open due to increase in Variable Annuity applications.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the normal day to day work of Variable Annuity applications.
• Processing and ensuring accuracy of applications.
• Communicating with Financial Advisors via email and phone.
• Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners.
• Resolving issues for Financial Advisors.

Requirements

• HS Diploma
• 2+ years of recent professional corporate experience
• Prefer College Graduate and Financial Services experience
• Customer Service Call Center background

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. The work environment is in New Business Variable Annuity.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. Work Environment / Department Info

New Business Variable Annuity. Applications are being sent to this team from Field Reps (Financial Advisors). Each application needs to be reviewed and sent back if there are errors or items missing. The field reps are working directly with customers and the field reps rely on you to get the application approved and inforce.
