Account Service Specialist
About the role
This will be a hybrid schedule after 3-4 weeks of training.
Responsibilities
- Completing tasks and providing customer service to Financial Advisors who are submitting applications for Annuity products.
- Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners.
- Typical Day - following standard operating procedures, processing, and accuracy is very important. Number of tasks processed per day would be as much as 50. These easier tasks would require less research, investigative work, etc. When working the more difficult tasks, processing 20 daily would be expected due to the amount of time spent in discovery.
Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year degree fully completed AND/OR 1+ year of corporate professional experience in banking, insurance, or finance.
- Shift Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Hybrid Schedule-4 weeks of onsite training and then can work from home 2 days a week after training is completed.

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
