Account Service Specialist
This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. How You Will Make An Impact
- Maintains relationships with designated account teams through daily/weekly communications both verbal and written.
- Assists in the coordination of implementation and onboarding of new clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or a GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences
- Stop loss experience strongly preferred.
- BA/BS preferred.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews of applications and policies, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and validate adherence to established requirements and standards preferred.
- Strong and effective communication skills preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities across internal teams preferred.
- Experience supporting account management, client service, and/or onboarding teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.

Schedule
Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
