Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services
  • Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations
  • Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or college degree is preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals
