Key job responsibilities
- Driving outreach efforts across a pipeline of high ROI opportunity customers.
- Capturing the Voice of the Seller (VOS) as anecdotes to surface key learnings, objections, and pain points that will then be presented to product stakeholders to improve product suite.
- Regular participation and contributions in weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews.
- Document writing to be reviewed by Director level leaders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of inside sales experience
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
