About the role

Maintain contact with accounts through calls, emails, social media, outreach, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.
Expand and keep accurate information of key contacts within assigned accounts.
Develop and execute Drug Plastics required monthly, and annual business reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with accounts through calls, emails, social media, outreach, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Expand and keep accurate information of key contacts within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute Drug Plastics required monthly, and annual business reviews.
  • Proactively improve and expand communication channels with designated customers.
  • Carefully coordinate quarterly sales reviews with designated customers and Drug Plastics leadership.
  • Responsible for other related tasks as required.
  • Plan and execute strategies to close new item business at current accounts and new customer business using relevant prioritization criteria and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective customer development, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Build long-term, meaningful relationships across critical stakeholders at assigned accounts.
  • Build and execute the required pipeline of Opportunities and Revenue Line Items.
  • Expand current client relationships and identify areas for potential client growth in new items.
  • Ensure that established Sales Growth Goals are met.
  • Understand customer’s products and services, business position, and competition.

Requirements

  • Proven history of achievement and leading efforts toward completion of a planned outcome.
  • One to five years of related experience.
