Compensation

This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range is $26.44/hour to $27.88/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starting on day one of employment, up to 50% of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday, 18 PTO days annually for full-time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date), and 6 company holidays per year. Additionally, there is a 6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no employee contribution required. Employee discounts, parental leave, and other benefits are also available. Safety shoes are provided (where applicable).

Position Details

The start date for this position is July 20, 2026. This is a hybrid work schedule, allowing two remote workdays per week. After completing a 4-week paid training program focused on essential selling skills, you will begin your hybrid work schedule and report to a District Sales Manager. You will manage your own book of business and serve as the primary liaison between Grainger and government customer accounts across the United States. Your responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating to secure business, and selling the value of Grainger. You will develop strategic account plans, manage investments of time and resources, review and understand complex information, and communicate our pricing offers, programs, and broad product offerings. You are expected to grow market share and achieve financial plans within your assigned territory.

• 3+ years of sales and business or similar work experience
