What You'll Do
- Develop strong consultative relationships with customer stakeholders and key users.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business goals through McLeod Software solutions.
- Champion customer needs internally and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
- Gather requirements, ask insightful questions, and document clear business needs.
- Coincide with Business Analysts and internal teams to ensure requests are accurately scoped and addressed.
- Partner with internal departments to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Generate reports and provide visibility to leadership regarding customer issues, trends, and project status.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience providing customer service and software support; or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience providing customer service for software and/or technical support; or combination of education and experience.
- Excellence in customer care and customer experience, required.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry and experience with transportation management systems (TMS), preferred.
- Microsoft Office experienced.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
