Responsibilities

  • Process invoice payments weekly, record cash receipts, and prepare general ledger reconciliations
  • Manage HPI deposit activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and post CMS and MW cash receipts
  • Maintain and update Rx override fee schedules
  • Process wire payments to vendors in a timely manner
  • Cook up and post accounts payable invoices and issue payments in accordance with established procedures
  • Support FBO account transfers
  • Process credit card charges and employee expense reimbursements through the Concur system
  • Monitor and maintain Santander Bank Positive Pay files to ensure fraud prevention compliance

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with accounting software and systems
