Responsibilities
- Process invoice payments weekly, record cash receipts, and prepare general ledger reconciliations
- Manage HPI deposit activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and post CMS and MW cash receipts
- Maintain and update Rx override fee schedules
- Process wire payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Cook up and post accounts payable invoices and issue payments in accordance with established procedures
- Support FBO account transfers
- Process credit card charges and employee expense reimbursements through the Concur system
- Monitor and maintain Santander Bank Positive Pay files to ensure fraud prevention compliance
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with accounting software and systems
