Account payable manager- must have health care experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors
• Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of accounts payable
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field (minimum 2 years of experience)
• Previous healthcare experience in accounts payable or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
