Responsibilities
- Maintains active programs, including estimating resource needs, managing schedules, and developing specifications.
- Bills, manages budgets, and monitors revenue for accounts/brands.
- Serves as the primary point of contact with customers throughout all program phases.
- Resolves issues and tracks processes related to client desires.
- Provides hardware, software, and portal support, escalating issues as necessary.
- Aids in documentation for continuous process improvement and data analysis.
- Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with the sales team.
- Coordinates client special projects such as audits and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Proposes program strategies and roadmaps, aligning with the Statement of Work (SOW), and collaborates with Client Services leadership.
- Conducts regular meetings (phone, web, onsite) to update clients on program status, present findings, and facilitate program improvements.
- Maintains healthy relationships with internal functional areas and leads project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic budget/accounting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Two years or more of relevant experience in pharmacy technician, pharmacist, healthcare leadership, pharmaceutical manufacturer, pharmaceutical patient services, prepaid industry, or financial services.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area.
- Expected travel: 30% nationwide.
