About the role

As an Account Executive / Account Partner for Veeva's R&D, Quality, and Vault Cloud solutions, you will drive growth across the Life Sciences Contract Services, Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), and Generics markets. As part of a foundational team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, winning new business, and building strategic customer relationships while helping organizations modernize operations through innovative cloud technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  • Maintain and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Stay current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in sales and/or consulting, with at least 2 years in the life sciences space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Consultative Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • Background in Quality or Manufacturing
  • Existing network within the life sciences ecosystem
  • Understanding R&D software solutions across Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and Safety areas

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the life science industry, the enterprise software sales cycle, and a passion for making market changes with innovative technology

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise software
  • Experience with CRM tools

Pay

Base pay: $80,000 - $300,000
