Account Operations Specialist

About the role

NexxaWorks is hiring an Account Operations Specialist to strengthen workflow control across strategic marketing, brand development, digital campaigns, content, social media, audience analysis, and client delivery. The role focuses on specialized execution within brand development operations to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.

Responsibilities

• Own the Account Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team keep recurring work organized by owner and status.
• Coordinate the workflow by checking incoming requests for completeness.
• Review the workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
• Maintain the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
• Track the workflow by documenting process issues that repeatedly slow execution.

Quality is visible when workflow control is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.

Qualifications

• Use Account Operations Specialized Execution and Account Operations Specialist Documentation confidently.
• Apply Process Documentation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Scheduling decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Quality Control, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
