As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of enterprise clients using both our historical compensation management platform and our new platform offerings Pay Equity, Pay Transparency, and next-generation Compensation & Performance Management solutions. You will act as the key commercial contact for your accounts, focusing on retention and growth, managing renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. You’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders across HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance, across different industries and implementation contexts. This is a strategic role, requiring strong business acumen, autonomy, and the ability to work across teams — including Pre-Sales, Support, Services, and Legal — to deliver value and strengthen our client partnerships over time.
