About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager based in Texas to build long-term relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and drive growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create Account Plans and report on growth results on a regular basis.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals and networking.
- Bring new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or client management roles in the IT/Tech Industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing client relationships.
- Must be based in Texas.
