About the role
The Account Manager, ProActive Health (Supplements), is responsible for driving profitable growth across North America by managing and expanding key accounts in Multi-Level Marketing, Health Care Professionals, and strategic supplement brands. The role owns commercial execution end-to-end, including go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and customer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales and account ownership for ProActive Health in North America
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies
- Identify, prioritize, and convert high-value opportunities
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery
- Build cross-functional alignment across R&D, regulatory, and marketing
- Establish long-term, science-led customer partnerships
- Translate insights into innovation and commercialization opportunities
Qualifications and skills
- 5 Years of experience in Sales or Account Management for Nutritional Supplements, brands or ingredients
- Proven track record of success
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Pay
The pay range for this position is $105,000 - $155,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
