As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gary Elliott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

I’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 1985 and have spent more than 40 years helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from East Carolina University, and over the years I’ve built an office culture centered around knowledge, trust, and building long lasting relationships with our customers and community.
Our office is friendly, supportive, and team oriented with a work hard, play hard mentality. We currently have three full time team members and one part time team member, and we’re excited to continue growing our team. With over 85 years of combined insurance experience in the office, we pride ourselves on providing personalized guidance, respecting our customers’ budgets, and delivering the kind of small town service people can count on.
Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gary Elliott - State Farm Agent who will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Compensation
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
