Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Prominent track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we’re a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance. We stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring events like the Gardendale Farmers Market and the Magnolia Festival.
