Kristen Kruger Boswell opened her agency in 2006 and currently leads a close-knit team of five. With deep roots in State Farm—her father worked for State Farm Corporate before retiring, and her brother is also an agent—she followed the family tradition after her previous company was sold. A graduate of Central Washington University, Kristen values community involvement, working closely with local businesses, participating in events, and supporting charitable initiatives. The agency fosters a fun, energetic, and family-like environment with a long-tenured team that enjoys working together.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and office departments. You improve customers’ lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
