ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Auto Insurance Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jimmy Watts- State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate Auto leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.

- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.

- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.

- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License Preferred but will be required upon starting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

COMPENSATION

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
