Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Carry out policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

  • Our office is located in Lexington, South Carolina.
  • Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 5PM.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • I am a proud graduate of The Citadel.
  • We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
  • We have 28 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
