Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Carry out policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Utilize knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

- Our office is located in Lexington, South Carolina.
- Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 5PM.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of The Citadel.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 28 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
