Opportunity
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive customer success, retention, and account growth. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring campaign performance aligns with objectives, providing strategic insights, and identifying upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a client services role within digital advertising
- Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with interest in campaign analytics
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities
