About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions to federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare clients. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT project management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices is beneficial.
