Account Manager, Sales Support

Responsibilities
- Achieve each client's marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
- Perform product research and sourcing, create presentations to present recommendations directly to the AE and clients
- Manage a portfolio project timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities with varying clients
- Manage client expectations through professional and effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Produce creative and accurate quotes using innovative product ideas
- Participate and manage client pop-up events with a willingness to attend & work them, if needed.
- Develop strong domestic/international vendor relationships for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needs
- Cook up and manage client pop-up events with a willingness to attend & work them, if needed.
- Coordinate the ordering and return of samples for client presentations
- Enter sales orders via the Company’s proprietary system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs
- Generate reports to track open orders and billing progress
- Other duties based on business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a project management role
- 5+ years in sales support experience in the promotional product industry is a MUST
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) especially in PowerPoint
- Proficient in ERP systems i.e. NetSuite
- Enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers
- Comfortable making judgment calls, and prioritizing workload
- Professional and polished oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Motivated by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team with autonomy in how you work
- Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Curious, flexible and good humored with a positive “can do” attitude
- Active participant in giving and receiving in appreciative and constructive feedback
- Motivated learner that will take advantage of on-the-job training, complementary training programs, career mentorships, and stretch assignments

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this position is between $55,000-$75,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
