What We Are Looking For

- Primary objective is to hunt for new opportunities—actively prospecting, cold calling, and onboarding new clients to capture market share
- Bring innovative shipping solutions to prospective partners and nurture those initial cold calls into long-term, high-volume accounts
Your Day to Day
- Aggressive Prospecting: Generate a pipeline of new sales opportunities through relentless research, market discovery, and cold calling
- Client Onboarding: Pitch Circle’s diverse logistics capabilities to prospective partners and seamlessly onboard them as active clients
- Account Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your booked customers, analyzing their shipping trends and offering personalized, strategic solutions
- Marginal Negotiation: Price and quote competitive freight rates directly to your customers to win their business while securing strong profit margins
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Serve as the strategic operational lead for your accounts, resolving complex logistics issues to ensure a "No Fail" service standard
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee your clients' daily shipments from pickup to delivery, working with internal teams or carrier partners to guarantee strict adherence to schedules
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with management to review your daily sales activities, pipeline data, and custom pricing strategies for high-priority prospective accounts

Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
