Account Managers at LINQ are service-oriented team members who lead client relationships, ensuring the success of high-profile accounts through retention, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Work Location
- Pittsburgh-Hybrid Remote: Employees in the Pittsburgh area must work at least three days per week in person, with two remote days.
- Fully Remote: Available for experienced, well-qualified candidates outside the Pittsburgh area. Requires a private workspace and a secure, private internet connection capable of 20mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds.
Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $55,000–$58,000, with placement in this range based on qualifications. The full salary range is $55,000–$67,500. After the onboarding period, the position is eligible for an incentive plan at company discretion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing requests and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Negotiate agreements with clients to maximize value for LINQ.
- Review client monthly invoices for accuracy.
- Develop strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
- Monitor client account health on a regular and consistent basis.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
- Run ad-hoc reports per client requests.
- Educate clients about new services and features.
- Drive strong KPI performance by documenting interactions, achieving successful NPS scores, and ensuring high retention rates.
- Assist the Account Success Manager with onboarding tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in client service, account management, or a related position.
- Professional individual with the ability to perform independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new systems and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to develop solutions that meet both client and LINQ needs.
- Ability to proactively identify areas of improvement and act with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple team members, and manage deadlines.
- High-quality organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce.
- Reliable and self-accountable in performing job-related tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take initiative.
- Robust internet connection required for team and client calls.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences, client meetings, and events.
