About the role
The Account Manager, Publisher Client Services is responsible for driving publisher performance, revenue growth, and overall account success across a defined portfolio of supply partners. This role serves as a primary point of contact for publishers, building trusted relationships while delivering strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations that unlock monetization opportunities and maximize long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring revenue growth and retention
- Understand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Technical Operations and Product to resolve issues and improve performance
- Support onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, pacing, and overall account health
- Contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements
- Participate in QBRs and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management
- Understanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000—$90,000 USD
