Account Manager – Print & Signs

About the role
We are seeking a full-time on-site Account Manager to respond to client emails and requests, generate estimates and job tickets, answer and route calls, and conduct customer follow-up and account penetration. While these are the primary responsibilities, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

Requirements
- 1 year of print and/or sign sales experience (similar to Account Manager positions at Minuteman Press, Allegra, Fast Signs, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
- Genuine desire to meet customer needs
- Persuasive and goal-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and solutions-oriented
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Relationship and consultative sales experience (helpful)
- Familiarity with standard computer software programs
- Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
- PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience (helpful)
