Account Manager - Print Management Division

Job Description

Compensation range: $60,000+

Responsibilities

• Aid in areas as directed and offer support to assigned book of business.
• Provide internal and external customer sales support.
• Afford assistance in efficient order placement of all types for clients.
• Manage customer samples, proofs, mock-ups, etc., as required.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of all orders in accordance with customer needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate project status with clients and sales team.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
• Collaborate with preferred supplier network to generate creative product ideas and manage orders.
• Support business segments with creative product sourcing through vendor network.
• Participate in discussions with sales team regarding pricing and gross margin on sales.
• Assist and coordinate with sales team on print-related processes and projects.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily status reports on all active project requests.
• Actively ensure effective and open communication with team members.
• Embrace problems and provide efficient solutions.
• Maintain ownership of all projects and processes.

Qualifications

• Possess a BA/BS preferably within marketing or business related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the print industry.
• PC proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable/receivables.
• Prior marketing or promotional experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
