Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales calls to current and prospective customers within the assigned territory
- Grow sales of Phonak products by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships
- Promote and demonstrate new hearing technology and solutions
- Provide training on product fitting, fine-tuning, and software usage
- Partner with Regional Directors, Key Account Managers, trainers, and inside sales teams to support customer success
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate product solutions for customer clinics
- Negotiate pricing and support marketing strategies that drive customer business growth
- Support onboarding and training of new accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity within Salesforce
- Manage expense reporting through Concur and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Represent Phonak at regional and national meetings as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree or AuD preferred
- Knowledge of hearing instrument technology and industry practices
- Previous experience assisting patients independently preferred
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

Pay
This role's pay range is between: $90K to $110K. This role is also commission eligible.
