Account Manager - Parts

Responsibilities

• Receives sales calls and prepares purchase orders.
• Handles procurement and deliveries as needed.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conducts regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Processes client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintains and monitors inventory levels of parts or components to ensure availability and optimize stock levels.
• Monitors gross margins of parts sales.
• Documents orders appropriately.
• Prepares and delivers price quotations to clients.
• Provides client follow-up and client service support.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of account management experience
• Completion of Technical Training Program
• Occasional travel
